The GINKGO SUITE, so named as a maturing Ginkgo Tree is right at the private front
entrance to this set of three Rooms. A separate lounge adjoins the King or twin single bedroom
which then leads into a rather large and sumptuous spa bathroom also boasting a spacious wet
floor shower.

Rimu Room
Although smaller with only the one room and a shower ensuite, the Rimu Room's
great advantage is that you get the morning sun on your queen bed and you can see the sea.
The furniture and wooden features are all crafted using the native rimu timber..

Lounging/Dining Area
The back of the house is where the sun, the shelter and the views are. As you step up onto the north, sea facing back deck you sense at once the ambience and the reason why the B&B is named 93 By the Sea. Guests are encouraged to use this area as a place to gather,, to relax with a drink or two, to take advantage of the wireless connection or the guests' computer, gather around the kitchen table to plan, chat, compare whilst enjoying the garden, the sea in all its moods, the state of the surf, the goings on on the beach and if one is early enough, the sunrise up behind the local golf course.
