Welcome to our beautifully appointed bed and breakfast. With seaviews and ready access to the world acclaimed Coastal Walkway. 93 By the Sea is in the ideal location for guests to take advantage of inner city amenities as well as enjoying the beaches and parks starting at the end of Buller Street, 100 metres away.
We take great pleasure in the fact that over the last 11 years we have had the great privilege to provide personal and friendly hospitality to folk from all around the world in our totally renovated and refurbished 1930's bungalow.
Our accommodation is upstairs, which frees the entire lower floor for Guests' use. The B & B has two private and self contained sleeping areas, a kitchen, the back deck and the garden.
Our mission statement is to provide a level of accommodation and hosting service that meets or exceeds your expectations.
